Which service these terms cover
Build Busy's current service is lead generation for contractors: we run the advertising that puts homeowners in front of you and book the appointments onto your calendar. That service has its own agreement, the Lead Generation Agreement, and those are the terms that apply to it.
The terms below cover Always Booked, our website service, and your use of our web pages, forms and booking tools. They remain in force for anyone using those, and they are kept here so nothing already agreed quietly disappears.
Free previews and calls
Website previews and discovery calls are free and carry no obligation. A preview stays our property until you purchase; if you choose not to buy, nothing is owed and nothing goes live.
What you are buying
Always Booked is a done-for-you booking website. We build it from your Google Business Profile, launch it on your own domain, then host it, keep it updated, and keep tuning it to book jobs.
Price
A one-time setup fee of $797, charged when you purchase. That is the entire amount due that day.
Then $197 per month, and it does not start for 30 days. Your first monthly charge falls 30 days after purchase, and monthly after that. The monthly covers hosting, updates whenever your hours, prices, services or photos change, and ongoing work to keep the site converting.
You buy and own your domain name separately, usually $12 to $20 a year from any registrar. We connect it for you. It stays yours.
Refunds
If we do not deliver, you get the full $797 back. If the site is not live and working on your domain the way it was shown to you, every dollar of the setup fee is refunded, no argument.
Once you confirm the site is live and matches what you approved, the setup fee is earned and is not refunded. We ask you to check the site and reply in writing before we treat a build as complete, because at that point real work has been delivered exactly as agreed.
Cancellation
The first 30 days cost you nothing beyond the setup fee. No monthly is charged during that time. If you cancel before day 30, you are never charged a monthly at all, so there is nothing to refund.
After that, cancel anytime by sending a message. No contract, no cancellation fee, no phone call to make. Cancelling stops all future charges. The month you have already paid for runs to the end of its period, and monthly fees already charged are not refunded or prorated.
If you cancel, you keep your content. Your copy, your photos and your business information, in a form you can hand to whoever builds your next site. We do not hold your content.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
What the program is. Build Busy operates an SMS program for people who have asked us about our services. If you opt in, we use text messages to reply to your enquiry, to schedule and confirm calls and appointments, to send appointment reminders, and to send occasional offers about our services. We do not send bulk promotional broadcasts, and we never message anyone who has not opted in.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to buy anything from us, and you can use our services without opting in.
How to opt out. Text STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you immediately. You can also reply START to opt back in. Text HELP to any message for help, or contact us using the details below.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with us. Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, and they are your responsibility.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier, your device, and your coverage.
Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messages. Do not opt in on behalf of anyone else, and only submit a mobile number you own or are authorised to use.
How we handle the information you give us, including the rule that we never share mobile information with third parties for their marketing, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our pages, forms, or booking tools, including submitting false information or booking appointments you do not intend to keep.
No warranties on the free stuff
Free pages and previews are provided as is. We work hard to keep everything accurate and online, but we make no warranty for free services.
